The program is slowly coming to fruition. A Memorandum of Understanding has been negotiated with the Institute of Arts in Denpasar. BBIP has been successful in obtaining a Special Program Visa Sponsor status.

An initial selection process was recently finalised and the first BBIP Artist in Residence will be in a WA school in August. Watch out for the call for expressions of interest in hosting an Artist in Residence for a period during 2013. These will be advertised before October 2012.
